4. Service Agreement and Quotations

- Overdue accounts incur 1.5% monthly interest charges

- Collection costs will be charged to the customer
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Warranty
- 5-year warranty on all installation work
- 12-month warranty on electrical connections
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear
- Warranty void if unauthorized modifications are made
6.2 Product Warranties
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment
- Solar panels: 25-year performance warranty
- Inverters: 10-year manufacturer warranty

9. Intellectual Property
- All system designs and specifications remain our intellectual property
- Customers receive usage rights but not ownership of designs
- Website content, logos, and materials are protected by copyright
- Reproduction or distribution of our materials requires written permission
- Third-party trademarks and logos are used with permission
10. Cancellation and Termination
10.1 Customer Cancellation
- Cancellation before work commencement: 10% cancellation fee
- Cancellation after materials ordered: Cost of materials plus 20% handling
- Cancellation during installation: Payment for work completed plus 30% of remaining balance
- Custom-ordered items are non-refundable
10.2 Company Termination
- We may terminate for non-payment or breach of contract
- 14-day written notice will be provided
- Completed work must be paid for in full
- Materials and equipment remain our property until paid
